I’m a food lover in Toronto, with a focus on real food: local, sustainable, organic. And trying to eat plant-based more often than not. But I enjoy a good burger from time to time too – usually organic or grass-fed. I’m not likely ever to become a 100% vegan or vegetarian, but that’s not my goal. We all have to start somewhere and my quest is not to be perfect, but to keep making small incremental steps in the right direction.

This blog is all about the great food Toronto has to offer, whether in restaurants, markets or local shops. And from time to time, I’ll write about other ways I’ve tried to move in a healthy direction and reduce my exposure to potentially dangerous chemicals in everyday products.
